I know ya'll already know, but my name is Lucy Pound, the director of the Texas Southern Miss Pageant!
I am so proud to have all of you as potential titleholders and I am excited to share this 2012 pageant with YOU!
Before anything else, I wanted to remind ya'll that the Texas Southern Miss Pageant wants to help all of you grow into beautiful young ladies, inside & out!
That's why my first post features a positive role model for ya'll! Now, she's not a Texas lady, but she has the charm & class that a young lady/woman should strive for!
Her name is Lindsey Watson, and she lives in Alabama! She writes a blog called: Keep It Classy, Alabama and she writes about her life and things that interest her readers! She writes only positive blog posts, and her language is appropriate, as well as her photos that she posts! Lindsey is very careful of what she posts on the internet, because she knows that ANYONE can access anything she posts! She is always well dressed and well groomed, because she knows that this is important to a young woman's success!
She's also doing a giveaway for some MARLEY LILLY scarfs this November, and I DEFINITELY want one for the COOLER WEATHER in FEBRUARY when our PAGEANT IS HELD!! :)
With all that being said, let Lindsey be an example of the young woman YOU should BE!
